Which mattresses we clean

  • Single mattresses · 90 cm

    For single beds in children's rooms, guest rooms and hotels. We choose the cleaning method to suit the fabric, mattress construction and soiling.

  • Double mattresses · 140 and 160 cm

    For double beds in homes, fincas and holiday rentals. Both sides can be included where the mattress condition and construction allow.

  • Large mattresses · 180 and 200 cm

    For wider double mattresses and box-spring beds. In hotels and holiday rentals, we plan cleaning and drying around the next check-in.

  • Mattress toppers

    Toppers are assessed and priced separately. The material, thickness and stains determine which treatment is suitable and what result is possible.

When should a mattress be cleaned?

Fresh bed linen does not remove residue from the mattress itself. Dust, skin flakes and sweat can collect in the cover and seams. Cleaning is particularly useful when stains or odours appear, or when a mattress is used regularly by different guests.

In holiday rentals and hotels, cleaning needs to fit the booking schedule. Tell us when the next guests arrive so we can allow enough drying time. We assess body-fluid stains beforehand and discuss any additional treatment needed. Where an infestation is suspected we run the indicator test on site and show you the result.   • Suspected dust mites

    We run the indicator test directly on the mattress – you see the result yourself, before and after cleaning.

  • Stains

    Sweat, urine, blood or wine are assessed beforehand. Not every stain can be removed completely or without risk to the material.

  • Guest changeover

    We plan around check-out and check-in times. The mattress must be fully dry before it is made up and used again.

  • Agreed cleaning scope

    We state which surfaces are treated and what limits the material, the age of the stain or existing damage set.

How often should mattresses be cleaned?

Private home. By use, condition and visible soiling. Children or pets. Assess individually where care needs are higher. Allergy symptoms. Seek medical advice about your symptoms. Holiday rental and hotel. After the season, and between guests where needed.

How mattress cleaning works

Send your photos so we can estimate the work and arrange an appointment. We confirm the final price on site before starting and show you the indicator test results before and after cleaning.

  1. Photos

    The whole mattress, both sides if possible, a close-up of the cover with flash and photos of the stains. From those we determine the effort involved.

  2. Estimate

    We use the width, fabric, soiling and requested work to prepare an initial estimate. The final price is confirmed after the on-site check, before cleaning begins.

  3. Cleaning visit

    We clean the mattress at your property and show you the indicator test results before and after treatment. Afterwards, we explain how to ventilate it and when it is expected to be ready for use again.

What does mattress cleaning on Mallorca cost?

90 cm from €60, 140 cm from €70, 160 cm from €80, 180 cm from €95, 200 cm from €105, toppers from €40, incl. VAT and the chemical-free mite treatment. Your photos help us prepare an initial estimate; we confirm the final price on site before work begins.

Which photos do you need?

The whole mattress, both sides if possible, a close-up of the cover with flash in which the weave is visible, and photos of the stains. Photos help with the initial assessment; we check the material again on site before cleaning.

Do you remove dust mites, guaranteed?

We do not guarantee complete or lasting freedom from dust mites. We treat without chemical additives and show you the indicator results before and after cleaning. For more about the indicator test, visit our dust mite information page.

Can you treat body-fluid stains?

Yes, after a material check. That requires a disinfecting wet wash. The surcharge is €25 per sleeping surface and side: with two sleeping surfaces and two sides that is 2 × 2 × €25 = €100. The achievable stain result still depends on the cover, the age of the stain and existing damage.

How long does the mattress take to dry?

That depends on the cover, the mattress core, humidity and ventilation. After the check we give a realistic drying recommendation.

Do you also work in hotels and holiday rentals?

Yes. Several rooms can be scheduled once the scope and dates have been agreed. We work across the whole island by appointment.
