Cockpit, saloon, cabin, sun pads.
Salt, sun cream, the marks of a season. We get them out of saloon, cabin and cockpit cushions – discreetly, right at the berth.
Benches, backrests and helm seats. Salt rings, sun cream, drinks and open sea air.
Sofas, armchairs and dining settees. Woven fabrics, microfibre and delicate light covers.
Upholstered headboards, wall panels, seat surfaces and mattresses in tight, sensitive spaces.
Removable pads and fixed surfaces. Checked before anything gets wet.
Yacht cushions are rarely a standard size. We calculate from photos and confirm the actual price on board.
Single cushions, a seating group, a fixed bench or a complete saloon.
Fabric, vinyl, seams, foam and bonding determine the safe method.
Salt, oil, sun cream, drinks, suspected mould or a long lay-up.
Marina, berth, access, power, water and the handover time you need.
On a yacht, salt, UV light and humidity act at the same time. Sun cream and skin oils bind dust, while poorly ventilated cabins encourage odours and mildew spots. Wiping the surface does not reach the foam or the seams.
At the same time, not every marine fabric tolerates the same chemistry or the same amount of water. So we check the cover, the seams and the upholstery construction before treatment and set the drying by material, weather and ventilation.
Crystals sit in the weave and the seams. They attract moisture and roughen the surface over time.
Sun fixes residue and weakens colours. The wrong products accelerate material breakdown.
Cabins need controlled humidity and real ventilation. Drying is not promised as a blanket figure.
Fabric, vinyl, leather, foam and adhesive meet in a small space. The method follows the build.
Before the season. For a clean start without residue left from lay-up. After heavy use. Before salt and sun cream bind more deeply. Before handover or sale. With a clearly documented scope. With odours or stains. Check early rather than covering up material damage.
Send photos of the upholstery and details of the berth. We agree access, the work required and drying arrangements with you before the visit.
Full view, fabric close up with flash, seams and stains. Plus the marina, the berth and the contact on board.
We check material, fixings and accessibility. You receive a guide price; the actual price follows on site.
Protect the working zone, clean in a way the material tolerates, control moisture. Handover only with a clear drying recommendation.

Access, material, drying – what has to be settled before we come aboard.
Yes, if the marina allows access and power, a working area and a contact are settled. We agree the exact procedure with the owner, the crew or the management before the appointment.
Cockpit benches, flybridge seats, saloon sofas, cabin cushions, headboards and sun pads. Leather, vinyl and special fabrics are checked separately before any treatment.
That depends on the material, the foam core, the humidity and the ventilation on board. After the check we give a realistic recommendation; a blanket figure would not be reliable.
We treat this residue in a way the material tolerates. The achievable result depends on how deeply and how long it has sat in the cover. We explain the likely result after inspecting the upholstery.
Every seating group in full, the cover close up with flash, seams, stains and, for fixed cushions, the installation situation. Plus the marina and the berth.
Yes. Please include the marina, pontoon, berth and an on-board contact. We will arrange access and confirm the appointment with you.
Yes, where the material and condition are suitable. Send photos of the cockpit cushions or sun pads and the care label, if available. Vinyl and mixed materials are assessed separately.
On board, we also need to allow for marina access, fixed upholstery, limited working space and cabin ventilation. Salt and sun-cream residue may need different treatment from typical stains on household furniture.
Yacht cushions are rarely a standard size, so there is no rate card for them. We calculate from photos of the saloon, the cabin and the cockpit and confirm the amount before we start.
